Privacy policy
Short version: we only collect what you type into our forms, we use it to answer you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who is responsible
InfinityDev SL (AwayDays), Pl. Jardí Enric Morera 2, 17600 Figueres, Girona, Spain, tom@awaydays.es, is the data controller for this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, request a viewing or sign up for alerts we collect what you type: name, email, phone number, message, preferred day and time, budget and bedroom wishes, the language you use and the page you were on. Nothing else is collected, and the site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
Why, and on what basis
We use your details to answer your enquiry, arrange viewings and, if you asked for it, tell you about new homes. The legal basis is your consent and the steps needed before a possible contract. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
Who processes it for us
Your details are stored in our client database, hosted on Microsoft Azure in the EU, and forwarded to us by email through Resend. If you use the “Ask about this home” box, your question and the listing text are sent to Anthropic to generate the answer, without your name or contact details. These providers act on our behalf under their data-processing terms; some process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for up to three years afterwards, unless the law requires longer. Alert sign-ups are kept until you ask us to stop.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent, by writing to tom@awaydays.es. You may also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or to the data protection authority in your own country.
Cookies and embedded content
The site uses two strictly necessary cookies: NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your language, and aw_consent, which stores your cookie choice. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner; you can change that at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer. See the cookie policy for the full list. The map on property pages loads Google Maps only when you choose to show it, and is then subject to Google’s privacy policy. Homes you save with the heart stay in your browser’s local storage and are never sent to us. The map of all homes on the home page loads map tiles from OpenFreeMap only when you switch to it; like any website, its servers then see your IP address. It sets no cookies.
